Free book cover design templates

I know a lot of self published authors struggle with cover design. I'm always looking for the latest online tools to accomplish this task. I'm a fan of the KDP (Amazon) cover creator, but for those who want other options, this one looks really good: http://designer.graphicsprings.com/
